Hipified Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
- 1/2 oz cinnamon pepper syrup (recipe below)
- Hot water (or weak Earl Grey tea) to top up, about 4-5 oz
- 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 generous pat of rich butter (about 1 tbsp.)
Mix the booze, bitters, syrup, and hot water (or tea) in a large mug, then float the butter on top.
