Back to Tinhorn Creek
I'm just back from a snowy weekend in Oliver at the Tinhorn Creek Estate Winery. The vineyard is quiet, but there's lots of action in the winery. It's part two of my series, From the Grape to the Glass. I'm following the progress of a batch of pinot gris grapes as it gets closer to being wine ready to please your palate.
My series is being done with the assistance of Tinhorn Creek Estate Winery. To see photos from the September harvest, click here.
