Morels and Stinging Nettles
This is the time of year to forage for these wild delights. As always, don't pick any wild plant you're not sure of. A good way to learn about these plants is to take a class from Bill Jones at Deerholme Farm in the Cowichan Valley. Bill's website for the farm is still under construction, but you will find his contact info at www.magnorth.bc.ca
