Today my tasting panel discussed a number of different kinds of 'fast-food' meat substitutes from various manufacturers. We looked at vegetable-based hamburger and chicken burger substitutes as well as hot dog substitutes. The clear winner in most of the categories was Schneiders, with the company's new Oh Naturel! products, closely followed in appearance and edibility by Yves Veggie Cuisine.
