Today I offered three different lamb dishes for you to try for Easter, as alternatives to the traditional turkey, ham or leg of lamb. My recipes are for Braised Lamb Shoulder and Lamb Neck Noodle Soup.
The third recipe, Giouvetsi, or Lamb with Orzo, comes from a new cookbook by Aristedes Pasparakis and Byron Ayanoglu called New Greek Cuisine, published by Harper Collins.
